MASTER BLACK BELT

The Master Black Belt is the resident Lean Six Sigma Expert. They are full-time employees whose main responsibility is to run the Six Sigma program within their company. With their level of knowledge they are the mentors and support of the Black Belts who are running the Lean Six Sigma Projects. Some of their responsibilities include:

• High level of knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma methodology including the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control phases.
• Expert I several non-six sigma related disciplines such as project management, statistical analysis, etc.
• Trains black belts and green belts.
• Coach and mentor black belts.
