LEAN SIX SIGMA 5S

Lean Six Sigma strives to reduce waste and increase efficiency for a process. One of the many techniques used in Lean Six Sigma is 5S. 5S is a technique designed to organize the workplace, maintain cleanliness, and standardize the practices to reduce waste in the workplace.
