OVERVIEW – LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT MASTERY:
Our ten day on-site course uses a simulation, example based discussion techniques and a practical yet rigorous approach to learning to apply Lean Six Sigma. This training curriculum has been proven with hundreds of Green Belts and Champions across various functions, industries and disciplines. We have combined champion and green belt training materials so that the first two days of learning provide an overview to Lean Six Sigma and the define phase while also providing a half-day project launch experience. The remaining 8 days of training ensure participants can execute projects at the green belt level of mastery. Participants who plan to pursue the black belt level of mastery can do so after attending these 10 days as the knowledge is a prerequisite for black belt training. Content includes the project based DMAIC methodology, the critical toolset required for each phase as well as change acceleration techniques such as stakeholder analysis, facilitation skills and effective project chartering and communication. Completing the training, along with a Lean Six Sigma project and focused off-site study will ensure participants are prepared for Green Belt certification.
